Hello lovely people, how are you all? Today I decided to blog what I eat in a day. Let’s be honest I am not the healthiest person when it comes to food, I eat chips and burger once in a while but I do try my best to eat healthy.
AVOCADO and POACHED EGG on TOAST
For breakfast, I decided to have something healthy. I made avocado with a poached egg on toast and garlic salt with a dash of black pepper to season. Alongside a glass of hot lemon water.
CHICKEN SALAD WRAP with CHIPS
For Lunch, I went out with Mama Cheung to a restaurant called Harvester. I had chicken salad wrap with chips, it was super yummy but I couldn’t finish it. It was too filling, I only manage to eat half of the wrap and some chips.
LAMB CHOPS with VEGETABLES and HOMEMADE SOUP
For dinner, Mama Cheung made yummy lamb chop with vegetables and my favourite carrot and sweetcorn soup.
